Compact Disc (CD) + Digital Album CARPATHIAN FOREST are one of a few legends surviving in today’s True Norwegian Black Metal scene that have stayed true to their origins. Equally infamous for their misbehavior as for the pure Black Metal filth they’ve created for the past 14 years, CARPATHIAN FOREST are virtually unique.

Defending the Throne of Evil by Carpathian Forest is a good album and I would recommend it to anyone who likes Black Metal or Death Metal. The album leans toward the newer trend within that genre to incorporate other sounds and voices besides guitars and drums like Dimmu Borgir which was one of the bands to pioneer that sound in Death Metal/5.
